Loflin Environmental Services, Inc. (“Loflin Environmental,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) offers a text message program for people who ask to receive it. These terms explain how the program works. By ticking the text message consent box on our Request a Quote or Contact Us form, you agree to receive text messages as described on this page.

1. Who receives these messages

People who give us their mobile telephone number on our website and agree to receive text messages by ticking the consent box. Messages go only to the number you provided.

2. How you enroll

You enroll by entering your mobile number on our Request a Quote form or our Contact Us form and ticking the text message consent box. The box is never ticked for you. We keep a record of your consent: the date and time, the exact wording you agreed to, the page you used, and your mobile number.

We do not buy, rent, or otherwise obtain mobile numbers from third parties for this program.

3. Types of messages

Messages relate to the inspection, sampling, quote, or project you asked us about. They may include:

Scheduling and site visits

• Confirmation of a scheduled inspection, sampling, or site visit
• Reminders ahead of a scheduled visit
• Notices that our inspector or technician is on the way or has arrived
• Changes to a scheduled date or time

Quote and project updates

• The status of a quote request or an active project
• Requests for information we need to complete a quote or project

Laboratory results and reports

• Notices that laboratory results or a report are ready
• Coordination of sample pickup or drop-off

These messages are operational and support services you have requested. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages under this program.

4. Message frequency

Message frequency varies with your request, your schedule, and the stage of your project.

5. Charges

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your wireless carrier and plan. We do not charge a fee for these messages.

6. Opting out

You can stop receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you opt out, you will receive one final confirmation message, and we will send no further text messages to that number unless you enroll again. You can also ask us to stop by calling (713) 521-3300 or emailing info@loflinenvironmental.com.

Opting out of text messages does not affect any quote or project. We will contact you by phone or email instead.

8. Carrier liability

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information. Mobile information, including phone numbers and text messaging consent, is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above shows when they were last changed. If a change affects the types of messages you receive, we will ask for your consent again.
